Having had an interest in art and craft from an early age it wasn't until living in Norway that I began painting in earnest.
I suddenly had the time, and inspired by both the light and the scenery of that amazing country I turned first to photography and then to watercolour. Since that time I have seized every opportunity to explore different media, experiment and evolve as an artist.
Painting and studying art has both enriched my life and brought me many new friends. I now view the world with 'the eye of an artist' - seeing colour, beauty and inspiration wherever I look. It gives me huge satisfaction to know that something that I have created can touch a cord and give enjoyment to others.
